We’re proud to share that Verse Apartments has been awarded the 2025 Apartment Complex of the Year at the HIA NSW Awards.
The award recognises not only architectural and construction excellence, but also the careful coordination of technical disciplines that underpin the comfort and quality of a building — including acoustic performance.

Positioned in Queenscliff on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, the building’s clean, modern form blends naturally with its leafy surroundings, while its high-end finishes and detailed craftsmanship elevate the living experience for residents.
Renzo Tonin & Associates was engaged as the acoustic consultant across the project, providing comprehensive services from early design through to compliance testing. Our Sydney Principal Engineer, Rebecca Corbett, led the acoustic design and assessment process, working closely with the project architects and delivery team to ensure high-performing outcomes across all residential spaces.
This included internal noise control, inter-tenancy performance, mechanical services noise assessment, and construction-phase guidance to ensure detailing remained aligned with acoustic targets. The result is a living environment that maintains acoustic privacy, comfort, and peace—qualities that elevate the overall experience of home.
The award-winning result reflects a strong commitment by the developer, builder, and design team to incorporate high-quality technical advice into every stage of the project. We’re proud to have worked alongside Reform Projects and the broader consultant team to deliver acoustic performance that matches the development’s architectural ambition.
At Renzo Tonin & Associates, we believe great acoustic outcomes are the result of early involvement, integrated design, and ongoing collaboration. Verse Apartments stands as a successful example of what’s possible when that approach is embraced from day one.
