Trio Apartments wins UDIA awards

Trio Apartments has won the prestigious 2010 award for High Density Development.

As the very last stage of City Quarter, Trio Apartments is the finale to this award-wining Inner West precinct. Trio Apartments is an interconnected row of three buildings located on Booth Street at the corner of Pyrmont Bridge Road, Camperdown. On one side, a line of ancient fig trees, reminiscent of the Inner West. On the other side, a spectacular 50-metre swimming pool within a contemporary landscape by Oculus.

This Award recognises high density development. Projects entered in this category include predominantly apartment buildings of three storeys or more including low rise and high rise apartments, and with a minimum density of 30 dwellings or more per site hectare.
